Your Account
As part of the process necessary to create an account on the app and to obtain access to certain parts of the services, you may be required to provide your full name, email address, password or phone number or to register. You must ensure that your registration credentials are accurate, truthful and updated. We reserve the right to deny the creation of your account based upon our inability to authenticate your registration credentials.Please note that your email address and password which are provided as part of the registration credentials will be used to login to your account. You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email address and password and must notify the Company immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of the account, including, but not limited to, any use of the account by a third party authorized by you.
We permit you to maintain only one account to access the services at any time and you hereby represent that you currently have no other accounts. We reserve the right to terminate your account at our sole discretion at any time without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by unsubscribing to the app. Upon unsubscribing your account will be terminated and service will be suspended immediately.
In-app Purchases
The DailyForex app offers premium content that can be purchased as a monthly subscription. With this purchase, subscribers will receive as many forex signals as possible each month. Signals are generated based upon market conditions and are delivered directly to the app. Users will also receive the signals via push notifications unless they update their settings to turn off push notifications. 24/7 email support is available for all app subscribers.DailyForex premium app subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
What Information Do We Collect?
We collect two distinct types of data and information from you.
1- Non-Personal Information – we retain some non-personally identifying information such as your approximate geographic location, web requests, browser type, browser language, web pages you visit before or after visiting our Website or using our app, URLS, platform type, click numbers, landing pages, viewed pages, and the order of those pages and time spent on those pages. This information is collected and retained for security reasons and so that we can audit and statistically track usage, audit our affiliates and calculate payments to third parties.
“Cookies” – Non-Personal Information is collected, inter alia, through the use of cookies, so when accessing or using the website or app we may use one or more cookies. We treat all Non-Personal Information that is connected to Personal / User Information as Personal / User Information.

Privacy GDPR
By May 25, 2018, additional features will be added to the account center for EU residents in support of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These features include the ability to:
- Request a copy of your personal data. - You may request a copy of your personal data in an electronic format that you can take to other service providers. We will respond to your request within 30 days by providing a link to a location where the data can be downloaded.
- Request account closure and deletion of your personal data. - You may request to close your account. The following conditions apply:
- All services must be cancelled prior to closure. If there are any active services in the account, the account cannot be closed. You will no longer be able to log into your account after it is closed.

Upon agreeing to the terms set forth herein, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the BVI to settle any dispute, which may arise in relation thereto.
