So, why am I bearish on DIS despite its earnings beat?

The Walt Disney Company reported revenues of $25.17 billion and earnings per share of $1.57, beating expectations of $24.87 billion and $1.49, respectively. Still, I turned bearish amid streaming profitability challenges as they limit pricing power and subscriber growth, which will weigh on margins. Streaming is a bright spot but contracting linear TV viewership and affiliate fees add to medium-term concerns. I am also bearish on the abandoned plans to spin off ESPN.
