Successful Trades: USD/CAD & EUR/USD - 6 May 2015

USD/CAD

According to Adam Lemon’s analysis of the USD/CAD, “After falling somewhat yesterday, the price has been rising, but not very convincingly. The longer-term momentum is definitely to the downside”. That creates an investment opportunity on the instruments: “Low”, “No Touch UP” and “Touch Down”.

I logged in the OptionFair™ binary options trading platform and I traded $1200 on the "Low" instrument. This kind of option has a return of 7% so if the option will close below the target price, which means that if the signal is correct I could get a return of $852 on my investment.

The target price for USD/JPY at the buying time (14:47) was 1.20327 for the expiration of 15:00. The Asset closed on 1.20203 and I made $888.

EUR/USD

According to Adam Lemon’s analysis of the EUR/USD, “We may already have made the high of the day and although the pair has been bullish it would be logical to see a possible break down here, although the way down is liable to be choppy”. That creates an investment opportunity on the instruments: “Low”, “No Touch Up” and “Touch Down”.

I logged in the OptionFair™ binary options trading platform and I traded $1200 on the "Touch up" instrument. This kind of option has a return of 75% if the option touches the strike price prior to expiry, which means that if the signal is correct, I could get a return of $900 on my investment.

The price for EUR/USD at the buying time (14:31) was 1.112273 and the target price was 1.12220 for the expiration of 14:45. The asset touched my target price at 12:33 and I made $900.
