Forex Expo 2022 Hailed as Industry Success

The FinTech industry is still abuzz about the success of Forex Expo 2022, whose attendees are still reaping the benefits of newly forged relationships.

The networking event brought together key players in the Forex community, from startups to corporate giants and from entry-level to C-level professionals.

Forex Expo 2022 took place at Parklane Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus, the second time the event has been hosted in the fast-growing FinTech hub.

Event-goers mixed business and pleasure as they attended workshops, panel discussions, networking at an expo zone, keynote speeches and a gala at night. For those who were not able to attend, the show’s organizers provided a live stream of the event in a hybrid format so that over 10,000 professionals could enjoy all the expo had to offer far and wide.

The attendees numbered around 1,100 and heard from industry experts, including representatives from Ecommbx, eBOS, MetaQuotes, NAGA, KKHolding, Adroll, Spotware and Exclusive Capital Prime, who also exhibited their firms’ offerings. About 500 companies made their presence known at the expo as they networked and built new relationships with others. The firms came from across the globe, including parts of Europe, Israel, the UK and Asia. The companies included J.P. Morgan, Vantage FX, Pepperstone and PWC.

Business deals were struck and agreements were discussed over cups of coffee or in the special booths designed for that very purpose.

Companies were able to attend insightful conferences and panel discussions, which included top experts like Equiti CY HR Manager Eleni Aslani, GRS Recruitment Senior Business Manager Ross Pitman, BDSwiss Head of HR Natale Mastoroudes, and Emerald Zebra Founder Donna Stephenson.

A panel that focused on crypto integration within the Forex and FinTech markets attracted many cryptocurrency enthusiasts. The panelists included Coinavalon.io Founder Aris Ioannou,  Quonota Investments Ltd Senior Investment Analyst Andreas Mathikolonis, XValley Technologies Ltd CEO Andreas Livadiotis, and CryptoAcademy.nl CEO and Co-Founder Jan Robert Schutte. The panel was moderated by Xenia Neophytou, Managing Director C.X.Financia LTD.

Another highlight of the expo was a presentation by NAGA CEO Benjamin Bilski, called “How Social Media has impacted the world of investing and how you can benefit”, a presentation by Tony Spyrou from MetaQuotes on how to “On-board clients faster – automated”, and another by AdRoll’s Bram de Jonge called “How to WIN BIG with omnichannel marketing: Why clicks are like gold, attribution like blockchain, and marketing grows value.”

The night gala topped off the event with more networking in a personal, informal setting, where attendees also received their “diplomas” for their participation in Forex Expo 2022.

The event was organized by Finexpo, known for its high-profile FinTech shows. In past years, Finexpo has organized expos in South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Ukraine, Singapore, Vietnam, South Africa, Russia, Philippines, and Egypt. Each event is given its own unique touch by Finexpo and optimized for maximum networking.
