City Point Trading is a broker based in the UK which provides access to the Forex and Futures Markets worldwide for the individual and professional trader. City Point Trading is registered with FSA and is an agent of Pulp International which is regulated by CySec. With City Point Trading you can trade currencies, gold, silver and other futures such as energies, soft commodities, metals, and indices. The website provides product specifications for each currency that can be traded, as is common with nearly all other brokers such as UFX Markets and Hot Forex.
City Point offers demo accounts and live accounts as well as a FAQ section that has nearly every possible trading, Forex, commodity, etc question you can think of. From risk warnings to providing customer service in Arabic, these FAQ's give you all the answers you need whether you are a beginner or an expert trader. City Point offers Web and Mobile trading platforms and their award winning platform called Vertex. The hallmarks of this platform include charting and analytical tools, SMS notifications, one-click execution and a built-in news feed. Though many of these features are standard with other broker platforms, we must admit that we were intrigued.
We did note during our City Point Trading review that unlike most Forex brokerages, funds here are kept safely within client segregated accounts which are separate from company funds.
