KGI Futures Singapore Review
For Forex trading, KGI Futures offers a choice of two trading platforms. One is the traditional, very popular MetaTrader 4 including web, mobile, and desktop access. This platform is the most familiar to many Forex traders and as a result is the first choice of many. The other option that KGI offers is called MaxxTrader. They claim this platform is highly configurable and is comprehensive and complete.
There are plenty of educational resources available on KGI Futures website. They offer links to MT4 videos, a beginner's glossary, Video tutorials and a video library. There are downloadable forms, extensive user guides for all platforms and more. During our KGI Futures review we also appreciated the company’s market analysis tools and free technical reports.
There are very few account options at this brokerage firm. There is an individual account, a joint account and a corporate account. They do not list the minimums, leverage or spreads associated with each account before you apply. This should make you wary of any broker. The more you know about the details of the account and the firm the better educated you will be before investing with them.
The options for financing your account are telegraphic transfer, checks, cashiers order and cash deposits. We were surprised that credit card deposits or wire transfer weren’t immediately available.
In terms of customer service, KGI Futures offers phone support, several email support addresses and several physical offices where traders could go, theoretically (though this is rare in the Forex world). What they do not list however is the hours of these support options and how long it will take to get an answer.
There are some very disgruntled employee reviews online which was one of our biggest red flags during our KGI Futures review. It is important to research real user and employee feedback before choosing to invest your money with a brokerage firm and to feel entirely comfortable before trading, and we recommend that you do your research carefully before depositing with this brokerage.Back to Top
