GBP/CHF Forex Signal - 4 October 2016

Today’s GBP/CHF signal

Risk 0.75%

This trade can be entered anytime during the day, but will be especially productive if entered and triggered during the European trading hours.

Trade 1 – short

• Sell GBP/CHF and the 1.2440 level

• stop loss should be placed on the 1.2535 level

• target is 1.20

• stop loss should be moved to breakeven once the market breaks down below 1.2375

• once the stop loss is moved to breakeven, take half off for-profit

GBP/CHF Analysis

The GBP/CHF pair has been very bearish as of late, and the British pound itself had a very soft session on Tuesday. Because of this, it makes sense that the market continues to drift in the general direction of ACD currency such as the Swiss franc, which had seen quite a bit of bullish pressure during the day overall. The resulting daily shooting star at the bottom of a move lower is a very negative sign itself.
