The International Forum on Islamic Finance (IFIF 2016) will take place at the Al Salam Rotana Hotel, in Khartoum, Sudan on Feb 9th and 10 Feb 2016.
IFIF is an innovative initiative by Middle East Global Advisors, an intelligence platform serving finance and investments industries in emerging markets and the Bank of Khartoum, one of Africa’s largest lenders.
IFIF 2016 will serve as a platform for the international Islamic finance and investments industry and will focus on developing effective strategic action plans aimed at realizing the Islamic banking and finance opportunities in Africa in particular large-scale infrastructure projects, trade flows and funding for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. It will also address the fundamental question of how growth of Islamic finance in the African continent can be directed in a way to grow the bottom line and how to support measurable social impact.
The event is the largest gathering of key African and international leaders in Islamic finance.
This is the 2nd International Forum on Islamic finance (IFIF 2016). IFIF 2015 also took place in Sudan, a country with one of the few wholly Islamic financial systems.
