TitanTrade’s website is very attractive and user friendly. Unlike other binary options brokers that aim to look very financial, TitanTrade combines just the right amount of humor to their serious offerings. The graphics are bright and colorful and the site posts price movements as they are happening.
Titan Trade offers several unique ways to trade:
With TitanTrade’s Binary Options platform a trader can trade Binary Options 24/7. Unlike many other binary option brokers where a trader is either “in the money” or “out of the money, some options at Titan Trade offer a small payout percentage even if the trade was out of the money. The minimum trade amount for this type of trade is $25.
The 60 Seconds trading platform which we also tested during our TitanTrade review gives the trader the opportunity to quickly profit from the constantly changing asset prices. The platform offers unlimited trades that expire in just one minute. A trader needs only to choose an asset and predict if its price will go up or down. The minimum trade for this platform is $5.
The expiry times for LongTerm trades are no shorter than three days from the time of the investment. This platform offers more range and leniency when choosing your expiry times, as opposed to Binary Options, which have always been shorter term trades with a lower risk level and high payouts.
One Touch is an all-or-nothing trading experience. This means that if a trade is in the money, payouts can be as high as 500%. But if the trade is out of the money all the invested money is lost. The benefit of One Touch trading is that the trader does not need to wait for the expiry time. As soon as a trade is made, the asset’s rate just needs to reach the target price or fall below it in order to receive a payout. These options offer returns of 150% to 500%.
The pairs option is an innovative way of trading assets. The assets, offered in pairs, are always in the same industry so a trader can analyze the market based on that particular field. In this realm, TitanTrade offers several pairs not typically offered, including Gold vs. Silver and BNP vs. Barclays, as well as more common pairs such as Apple vs. Google.
There are several accounts to choose from at TitanTrade. Their Micro/Test Account offers full access to their trading platform and a 20% bonus on the first deposit. The Classic Account requires a minimum deposit of $1,000-2,500 and offers up to 30% on the first deposit. There is also a Premium Account, a Platinum Account and a VIP Account with a welcoming bonus of 75%.
Titan Trade experts provide detailed strategy suggestions that are useful and insightful and more than worth reading before placing a trade.
There is also a full tutorial academy which offers educational video courses for beginners as well as experienced traders.
24 -hour 7 day a week customer service is offered and contact phone numbers are provided in their overseas locations. At the time of this TitanTrade review, correspondence is available in English only.
Titan Trade is close to perfect, but when they give poor service, it is frustrating!
My experience with them was like meeting an attractive woman who I discovered was cultured, funny and well-mannered. Unfortunately, I later found out that she has a habit of lying, forgetting her promises and not apologizing for upsetting people.
When I first started with Titan Trade, I liked their interface, education section and the fact that my broker wanted to concentrate on the long term positions, calling the hour by hour trading gambling. They had faces on their site along with experiences, like a reputable company.
I started with US$1000 capital and over the next few months, because of the large positions we were taking on long-term trades, I put in $5,000 more, with the rationale that once I started making a profit, I could withdraw a bit and work off the profits.
We spoke every week, sometimes multiple times a week. My broker often had suggestions for me, and of course, encouraged me to invest more when I could.
After 2 months of losing moderate amounts of money, I started using signals and my own experience and started to make a profit some weeks. Honestly, the long term positions also started making profits also.
After 2 months of trading, I asked for $200 out of my $5,000 balance, sent in signed records of all my credit card deposits and got $200 credited to one of my credit cards within a few days.
Over the next 3 weeks, I requested $900 over 4 instances and a $1000 last but they are all still processing and now I am just getting the run-around. My broker contact has changed twice. I was called last week by a new broker who forgot to send me his contact information and was assured I would be getting my $900 requested, but as of today, customer service says over the phone that the finance department is checking something. Checking what? For 4 weeks?!?!
The whole reason I started trading was to have a secondary income. I was recently injured in a car accident and now I can't work for at least 6 months. I stopped trading 2 weeks ago because I am not getting paid. Why risk my balance and waste my time?
I love how they sweet-talk you when it's time for a deposit but when we request withdrawals, the other end is silent. I NEED MY MONEY!
We could have had such a good romance, but my relationship with Titan Trade is turning into a nightmare! I'm really hurt because I really need the cash flow.
Every thing in this review seems to be true, but when you try to cancel you account and get any money owed you out of them, You'll have to jump through hoops. I've been trying to get what's left of my original deposit since Aug.2 2014.
The hold appears to be that they have been unable to contact me by phone (I assume to sell me something else). I have provided all the documents they require, but that doesn't seem to mater.
They no longer respond to my efforts to contact them by e-mail.
I would not have deposited any funds with them if I had known it would be this difficult to cancel out.
