What makes one binary options platform stand out from the others?  In this OptionsClick review, we set out to find out what makes this brand one of the top binary options brokers on the internet.  We tested the company’s platform, their customer service and their weekend trading opportunities, which alone make OptionsClick, a project of Stridings Limited, unique.  We’ve recorded our findings in the OptionsClick review below so that you’ll get a full perspective of this company without having to do the research on your own.

Trading Platform

During our testing we immediately noticed that the OptionsClick platform differs from those offered by other top binary options brokers.  For starters, the platform tells you very clearly what your payout will be if your option expires in the money, based on the amount you choose to invest per option.  Unlike some other binary options platforms, OptionsClick displays all tradable options in their platform, even when they’re not available for trade.  This allows traders to see the full extent of the company’s offerings even on off-peak hours. 

The platform has Touch and Range options trading each in its own separate tab, so that traders can find what they’re looking for quickly and easily. 

Of note is that OptionsClick offers weekend trading in their platform for select assets, though when we visited the site on a Sunday, we saw that the expiry was only the next day, which is a very long time to have a binary option opened.  Still, these weekend trades had the highest potential for profit, with promised returns of up to 250%.

Features

In addition to the option for weekend trading which we found especially interesting, OptionsClick offers several notable features.  One thing we especially appreciated was that the company’s asset list not only listed the actual assets, but also explained what each one was and when it is available for trading.  

Something that we noted that was especially interesting was that OptionsClick offers a return on losses (what they call “insurance coverage”) for Gold and VIP members, but not to newer traders who are more likely to make mistakes when they’re starting out.  Gold and VIP members are also eligible to increase their payouts on certain trades, a feature we did not see on any other binary options platforms. 

OptionsClick also has a very strong binary options resource center, complete with an organized and comprehensive glossary and explanatory material that can help any new binary options trader feel comfortable opening their first positions. 

Customer Support

OptionsClick offers customer support via phone, chat or email support.  We chatted with their team on a Sunday afternoon.  Though we were first on line for assistance, it took about 3 and half minutes for a representative to join our chat session.  Once we were helped, we found the agent to be helpful and not overly pushy, something we’ve encountered with other chat representatives.  As an added advantage, we had the option of requesting an email transcript of our chat session. 

We emailed OptionsClick on a Sunday in the early afternoon. 

Overall, we were satisfied with the standard of customer support offered by OptionsClick, especially on weekends, when most other brokerages are closed.

Ease of Use

The goal of all binary options brokers is to provide an easy-to-use platform, and there’s no question that OptionsClick has achieved this goal.  With a one-page registration process, an intuitive platform and more than sufficient educational resources, OptionsClick makes it easy for traders to complete all aspects of the trading process.

We also found the withdrawal and deposit services to be more than satisfactory, with the ability to fund your account via credit card or wire transfer, and deposits and withdrawals getting processed in a reasonable time period.  Although we always prefer having the option of PayPal or Moneybookers, most traders should have no problem using wire or credit card options. 

Final Thoughts

During our OptionsClick review we were rather impressed with the services that we tried, and we found that each service was well-thought out.  We were especially impressed with the caliber of their weekend customer support.  Although we found that OptionsClick does offer as many tradable assets as other top binary options, but that they definitely offered a more-than-ample selection.  Likewise, we would have preferred a wider range of deposit and withdrawal methods, though the options offered were definitely sufficient.  Overall, the service was very good and the platform worked beautifully.
