The first thing one is likely to notice when visiting Infin Markets is the language option on the top of the homepage. The brokerage firm offers services in 10 languages, including simplified and traditional Chinese. The company is registered in Cyprus and deals mainly with Forex, supplementary services and customer support. According to their site, everything is done at the highest possible level.
As expected from any company dealing in Forex, infin markets offers its services 24 hours a day, 5 days a week according to the market times. The company describes itself as "family and dedicated staff." We haven't tried to call them at 2am to check this out but we did find that the company seemed extremely proud of their their dedicated service.
Infin Markets uses the NetTradeX trading platform, which is acceptable. . However, we usually prefer to recommend brokers who use the MT4 trading platform, such as AvaFX. The leverage the company offers is 400:1 and the amount needed for trading could be $10,000 or even $100 for first-time traders while providing the same conditions that regular customers receive. Another important fact to keep in mind is that Infin Markets does not provide services for United States residents.
All in all, Infin Markets seems like a serious, well-handled brokerage and we are certain that it provide good services for its customers. However, the company’s website does lack some basic information as well as a certain amount of personal data about the company and its management.
