Grand Option uses the Tech Financials platform, an easy to use operating system.
There are three different account levels at Grand Option: Standard, Superior, and VIP. The standard account contains High/Low options and 60-seconds options and traders benefit from a wide video database. A market expert is available to them around the clock, free of charge and access is permitted to diverse trading assets, including options in Forex, commodities, indices and stocks.
With the Superior Account, High/Low and 60-seconds options are available around the clock. In addition to an assigned market expert, Superior Account traders enjoy a personal online trading session with a market analyst. They also receive an extra 2.0% return on every binary option that is traded.
The Grand Option VIP Account holders receive access to all the binary options and have a designated market expert that can be contacted at any time, free of charge. Traders also have access to a personal training session with senior market professionals.
Sorely missing from the account descriptions is the different features offered for each one. Although the minimum deposit mentioned in the FAQ section is listed as $250 it is not clear what the minimum is for the other two accounts.
A demo account is available, but again, very little information is given about this feature.

All in all, Grand Option seems to offer traders everything they need. I found the site somewhat sparse and missing information that most traders would like to have.
