Trading Platform

The Bloombex Options trading platform was quite similar to other binary options platforms that we tested. What we especially liked is the popularity arrows on the left side, which offered an indicator for traders looking for guidance. It is worth noting, however, that traders should not simply follow the arrows and expect to win – traders should have some understanding of the market before opening any positions, either with Bloombex Options or with another binary options broker. Tracking the expiry time of an asset is especially clear in this platform, as a small red annotation appears. Traders can then choose to track the asset for guidance in future trades, or can choose a later expiry, based on the trend line of the graph provided.

Bloombex Options also offers a OneTouch trading option which allows traders to keep positions open all day in the hopes of reaching a payout. While this feature isn’t unique to Bloombex, it is advantageous for anyone who enjoys this type of trading.

Customer Service

The chat representatives that work at Bloombex Options are courteous and helpful, 24/7. They are able to offer trading advice, bonuses and assistance with trade execution, registration, deposit and withdrawal. Email support is also available, though with such supportive chat, we found the need for email assistance to be minimal. Although the company is based in Cyprus, local phone support is available in Singapore and Germany.

Ease of Use

Registering for Bloombex Options was easier than anticipated. We especially appreciated that upon confirming the registration, we were reminded of our password so that we could save it for future use. After filling out a small questionnaire, traders are directed straight to the deposit page, where they can choose between multiple options (credit card, PayPal, MoneyBookers and wire transfer). Once the money clears, trading can begin. It’s that simple!  Traders afraid that their option may not expire profitably can opt to roll the option over, a move which will extend the expiry time in the hopes of finding a more favorable setup.

Overall, we found the service quite easy to use.  

Final Thoughts

There’s no question that the services provided by Bloombex Options are good, but we would have liked to see some more information about how to trade, and perhaps the availability of a practice account. It should be noted that a demo video is available, as is a video about how to trade.  New traders can learn even more about this type of trading in our binary options education center, and be on their way to trading profitably quickly.
